Tyler Rogina is like a thoroughbred racehorse! The minute the gate opened he was laser focused on getting me to the finish line-and that he did!. I was an out-of-state buyer, doing a 1031 exchange, with specific requirements, a 45 day deadline, in a market that had an extremely limited inventory. Not an easy task. Tyler identified a property and had me in contract immediately !
